Mrs. Brice's Health class finished up their Nutrition & Physical Activity Unit in Health class. This week they used a "Blender Bike" to make nutritious smoothies! The peddling of the bike made the blades in the blender spin, blending up the frozen fruit, yogurt, and juice. The students were able to be physically active and enjoy a healthy snack to get their day going!
Stay tuned NHS Pirates...

Dear Napoleon HS Families,
We are making a slight adjustment to our start/end time. NHS Classes will begin at 7:35AM and daily dismissal will be 2:33PM. Previously, we started at 7:40AM and dismissed at 2:36PM.
This better aligns our shared staff, buses, and does not affect our instructional hours. First hour teachers will be lenient when needed as families work out their needs with this minor adjustment.
This will start upon our return from Labor Day break on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024.
Thank you and have a great holiday weekend.
Yearbooks will be on sale for $55 now through September 6!!

Top 10 Spotlight - Valedictorian Thomas Alan Hays
PARENTS: Nicole & Anthony Hays
PLANS AFTER GRADUATION: After completing my undergraduate physics degree and PhD in plasma physics, I plan to collaborate with others in nuclear fusion research to make commercial fusion a reality - opening up the possibility for clean, abundant energy for all.
MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON IN YOUR LIFE:
The person with the greatest influence on me at NHS was undoubtedly Mr. Carl Bunker, our school's algebra and calculus teacher. Throughout my time in high school, Mr. Bunker has been immensely supportive of my efforts to learn and grow in my education, helping me understand concepts far above the level we learn in class, and I owe my position today to the aid he has given me over the years.
MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT AT NHS:
The most memorable moment I had at Napoleon was my chance to take part in the Napoleon High School production of The Music Man in my senior year. Since I was young, I have loved this play, and the opportunity to play the part of Mayor Shinn was one of the highlights of my time in high school.
