4th graders celebrated Arbor Day with a presentation from Mr. McGonegal, DNR officer, Kevin Sayers, and members of the Napoleon Lions Club, Dick and Carmen Tallman and Levi Kimble, who were kind enough to purchase White Spruce seedlings for all of our 4th grade students.

Eby celebrates Earth Day 2026!

Future Pirates attended the K for a Day event at Eby today. They met Pete the Pirate, went for a school bus ride, worked out with Mr. Marvin, visited each of the kindergarten classrooms, and played on the playground. We are so excited for them to be a part of our Crew!!

Napoleon Community Schools is excited to announce the scheduled opening of our new fitness center on Tuesday, May 12th. Part of the 2023 bond approved by voters, this new fitness center will be a staffed, membership-based facility open to residents of the Napoleon School District and will replace the current key-card entry system that is used for community members in the current weight room. Beginning on May 12th, the weight room will be reserved for use by Napoleon students and athletes under the supervision of Napoleon teachers and coaches.

We will begin processing these applications on Monday, April 20th so that we can ensure a smooth transition for our community members that are moving from the weight room to the fitness center. Current key cards will be deactivated on May 12th.

We will also be hosting a community open house on Wednesday, April 29th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM for those that would like to preview the new fitness center.

This is a great addition to our campus footprint and we are looking forward to seeing our community take advantage of this amenity.

Mark your calendars! Eby carnival will be May 8th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We will have carnival games, inflatables, raffles, cotton candy, food trucks, and so much more! Donations for the raffle are still needed! Please consider donating as all proceeds benefit Eby students! We look forward to an evening of family fun!

The day started with Mr. McGonegal wearing a pink wig and tutu as a result of Eby students reading hundreds of books in March, The True Story of the Three Little Pigs captured an overall win in the book bracket, four students won the annual bike drawing , and then we ended the day with the NED show, an assembly that teaches kids to "Never give up, Encourage others, and Do your best." All in all March ended on a positive note! Enjoy your spring break!!
