Come join the NHS Drumline for the interactive experience on drumming techniques. Students will get to drum and watch a live performance from the high school drumline. 8th GRADE MSTEP - April 22nd & 23rd
Napoleon Middle School 8th-grade Students will be taking the Social Studies and Science MSTEP this week. Please make sure your students are well-rested, have a good breakfast, and are on time for school! Thank you.

ATTENTION 8TH GRADE PARENTS AND STUDENTS
The job shadowing day is Thursday April 24th, 2025. Your blue form needs to be filled out and turned in no later than Wednesday April 23rd, if you plan to participate. Remember, by turning in the form your absence from school counts as a school business day and will not go against your absences. Also, you will be excused from school assignments that day, as the job shadowing experience is your assignment!


8TH GRADE PSAT TESTING TUESDAY - April 15. Please make sure your 8th graders are at school on time, well rested, and have had a good breakfast for testing tomorrow!

There will be no tutoring for the Middle School students this week. Tutoring will resume on Tuesday, April 8th., and continue Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2:30 until 3:30 each week.

All Middle School Students participating in track MUST have a PHYSICAL on file to participate.


The 8th grade class will be going on a field trip Thursday April 3rd. They will tour either Industrial Steel Treating or the Jackson County's Prosecutor's Office and then Eastern Michigan University. Lunch will be provided at no charge. They will leave at approximately 8:40 and return at approximately 2:15.
Students should dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Permissions slips are being sent home on Monday March 31. In order to attend, those need to be returned to Mrs. Schulze no later than Wednesday April 2. Thank you for your cooperation.

Picture retakes for our NMS students will be this Friday, November 1st.
If you want to have your student's photo retaken and exchange your original order for a new one, return your original photo order on Retake Picture Day. Email sent to parents with further online order information, or have your child pick up a form in the office.
