I’m Mr. Gunnells and I’m the 7th grade Social Studies teacher at Napoleon Middle School. I really enjoy working with the best students in Jackson County! I’ve been teaching middle school social studies since 2007, and in Napoleon since 2010. In addition to teaching, I coach the boys 8th grade basketball team, and the varsity boys/girls track team.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a Masters in Educational Technology from Michigan State University. I also earned my teaching certificate from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
