Vision Statement

The Vision of NCS is to create a “Quality Culture” devoid of traditional barriers of learning that will allow our learners to develop skills enabling them to adapt and succeed in a changing society.

The District will:
  • Be the center of learning for all ages.
  • Utilize a variety of methodology to meet the needs of the learners.
  • Provide an environment to build character, pride and citizenship.
  • Accept the challenges that accompany change.

2021/2022 Scheduled School Board Meetings

Board of Education Meetings have been scheduled to be held in the Media Center at 7:00 pm on the second and fourth Mondays seen below. Exceptions to the second and fourth Mondays are as follows:
-During the month of July, only one board meeting will be held on July 12, 2021 due to vacations-
-During the month of November, only one board meeting will be held on November 8, 2021 due to Thanksgiving break-
-During the month of December, only one board meeting will be held on December 13, 2021 due to Winter break-
-During the month of April, only one board meeting will be held on April 11, 2022 due to Spring break-
