Vision Statement

The Vision of NCS is to create a “Quality Culture” devoid of traditional barriers of learning that will allow our learners to develop skills enabling them to adapt and succeed in a changing society.

The District will:
  • Be the center of learning for all ages.
  • Utilize a variety of methodology to meet the needs of the learners.
  • Provide an environment to build character, pride and citizenship.
  • Accept the challenges that accompany change.

2022/2023 Scheduled School Board Meetings

Board of Education Meetings have been scheduled to be held in the Media Center at 7:00 pm on the second and fourth Mondays seen below. Exceptions to the second and fourth Mondays are as follows:
During the month of July only one board meeting will be held July 11, 2022, due to vacations.
During the month of November only one board meeting will be held November 14, 2022 due to Thanksgiving break.
During the month of December only one board meeting will be held December 12, 2022, due to Winter break.
During the month of March only one board meeting will be held March 13, 2023, due to Spring break.
